Pls anybody tell what is the provision to imply excise duty on ayurveda products

35% abatement is available if you have to cleared the goods under MRP value. You should consult with tax advisor.

Can you pls tell me that if we are the manufacture of ayurveda products and on the other hand other company is ready to market our products then in what condition we will be imply the excise duty on the products.
