Dear Expert,
My colieagues tax saving purpose (FY 2012-13) Fixed deposit of Rs.43000 in Bank dt 30.03.13. After a next 10 days (FY 2013-14) he cancel their FD.
Query - Pl suggest is it legal for tax purpose or any problem create.
