I want to know about Tax return, if my HR person is not giving me HR exception but i am eligible for that so can I get that by filling the Tax return against the Un-necessary detection of tax on my salary.

yes, you can avail the deduction or exemption by submitting your ITR and refund if any.

Thanks for clearing my doubt sir, I was really in doubt because my HR person is forcing me to show rent agreement of April month and not accepting the rent receipt.
I was providing him the rent agreement from April month but it was created in October. Now he is saying he will not provide me HRA exemption and detect my Tax.
So now i will fill the return against this. Sir what documents will require filling the return and when can i fill this.

U NEED ONLY FORM NO 16 AND IF RENT EXCEEDS 3000 PM THEN AO CAN ASK FOR RENT RECEPT ETC
