does india Issue Tax residency certificate?
We have to produce tax residency certificate to some foreign company in other country.
They are asking for tax residency certificate from Indian company (pvt ltd). Which Govt Office issues it and what form to submit?

Dear sir ,
As per section 230 of the income tax act 1961 , when a person leaves India , then the I.T. department usually gives tax clearance certificate to the person leaving the country . There is no such tax residency certificate issued by our income tax department ... The PAN CARD IT SELF PROVES THE DOMICILITY OF THAT COMPANY IN INDIA .....
