one person has file ITR for ay 16-17... total income 3,70,000 and paid tax 10,300 approx.
he wants to revise his income to the 2,80,000.
so now tax will be 1030rs.
whether he will receive refund of balance self assessed tax paid?

Whatever would be the refund, would be granted if the same has been credited to the government.
