18 April 2014 Dear Sir,
when I track out refund/demand on login www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in., I found on status column/row (refund unpaid) and on Reason and payment mode row there is no any word . What is its mean? Am I not to get refund? Kindly tell me.

18 April 2014 First you verify the return process status, is such status discloses ITR process and refund determine? If it shows refund determined then verify 143(1) intimation it shall disclose how your return processed by the CPC and is refund determined or not or any adjustment of refund etc.... as well as also verify outstanding demand status it shows if any tax is due on your pan with the department and any adjustments made to it by the IT also help you.

As well as also verify "Status of tax refund" at www.incometaxindia.gov.in it also indicates you reason if any.
