25 March 2009 How much time IT department will take to refund the tax of refundable amount,if i have submit my income tax financial year 2007-2008.

25 March 2009 If the income Tax department will not issue Refund order within 3 months after filing of the returns then they will be liable to pay an interest as mentioned in income Tax Act. And in my knowledge there'll be no specified time limit for the IT department.
