Tax rebate on insurance policy

13 May 2012 If someone has made one extra premium of insurance policy in 2011-12 by mistake which was actually due in 2012-13. Can he claim rebate on this extra premium in 2012-13. He has not claimed rebate in 2011-12 on this extra premium.
