KINDLY INFORM WHETHER GST APPLICABLE ON SALE OF ELECTRONIC WASTE

Now, it has been clarified that Supply of e-waste attracts 5% GST rate but this rate applies only to e-waste discarded as waste by the consumer.
Though their is no mention of e-waste or computer IT scrap in the list of items under gst.
