please tell me whether surcharge in case of domestic company is applicable after it crosses some limit ?

YES IF THE TOTAL INCOME OF CO. EXCEEDS THE LIMIT OF 1 CRORE THEN THE SURCHARGE WILL BE APPLICABLE 2 10% FOR DOMESTIC CO.
