Dear Sir,
Our turnover in fy 2012-13 is Rs. 1.25 crore and self Assessment Tax is Rs. 8560/-.
Whether it is mandatory for us to deposit income tax online or manually challan also can be deposit.
Please clarify.

Need to deposit tax online as tax audit applicable to you in previous year
Refernce:
NOTIFICATION NO. 34/2008, DATED 13-3-2008
which says
. (1) The following persons shall pay tax electronically on or after the 1st day of April, 2008:-
(a) a company; and
(b) a person (other than a company), to whom provisions of section 44AB are applicable.
