Dear sir,
Please let me know whether foriegn income of company is taxable in india. For example incomes in Dubai is exempted and whether it is taxable in india..?
If company has branch in Dubai whether it is taxable in india...?

It will be depended on residencial status of person. Both the above cases foreign Income will be taxable assumed assessee resident of india.
