Tax on foreign insurarer death claim payment

An Indian citizen residing in India insured by a foreign insurer in a life insurance policy, in case of death claim, when the claim amount flows from foreign country to India, will it be subject to tax?

No it is not taxable in India. Also verify whether the claim of premium has been set off against his income in India?
