13 October 2017 if my income is 180000 for fy.2016-17 and capital gain 10000 then i should pay tax or not?

13 October 2017 Basic exemption limit is available for the capital gain, therefore there is no need to pay tax on 180,000. and Rs 10,000 on capital gain.
