i need a detail calculation of capital gains under joint development agreement
for land owners

taxed at the time of execution of Joint Development agreement

and after received sale consideration

29 December 2014 capital gain charge when you make change the land in business assets u/d 45(2)
and after that income on sale of flat is computed under the income from business and profession
