What are the provision with relate to Tax holiday/exemptions for foreign salaried teachers teaching in India?
Do the foreign teachers need to pay tax if they come for 2/3 years contract?

We have to deduct the TDS on Salary whether paid to foreign or indian employees.You can also referred Section 9.

Yes there are special provisions for teachers. Kindly provide the name of country in which such teacher is resident.
