i m working with a company which i have recently joined but here i am getting some problem with TDS actually i m not familiar with tds as much.
my query is about that how to calculate the tds for different persons.

First of all Thank you for your response. Sorry for not specifying the exact query. My query is all about the Tax to be Deducted for construction business in case of Real State company.

In a construction co most of the work done on contract basis so on those contract section 194C will be applicable
but there may be some professional work also like architecture and it comes under 194J

dear sir thanking you for your reply but i cant understand this solution please give a detailed solution like what is the rate of tax in case of construction companies and when the tax is applicable and what are the important dates in case of TDS. i will be highly obliged if you can help me.
