04 April 2013 Hi Sir,

1. What is the last date for deducting TDS in a Pvt Ltd company from salaries of employees for the year April 2012-March 2013?
2. What is the last date for submitting tax related documents?
3. Can all the tax related documents be submitted in the month of April on any date?
4. I have yet to receive my pan card, will they deduct 20% on salary even if i submit pan card before April 30? Or is it okay to submit pan card before April 30?

Please reply as per/according to government norms or latest rule, whichever appropriate

04 April 2013 1. Month march is 30th april due date.
2. that is depend on your company policy. you have to file income tax income declaration form time decided by company only. but till date of salary payment of march you can inform them if company agree.
3. before salary payment, otherwise they will know how much tDS is to be deduct.
4. they will deduct 20%, you have deposit PAN copy with them before salary payment.
