can we deduct tds on interest on secured loan of nationalized bank.

It is charges by Bank, you need not to Deduct TDS on interest.Some of Expenses are your expenses,but in case of Nationalised Bank, You are not fixed how to much to be debited.In other loan you must deduct tax.

There is no need to deduct u/s 194A.

Section 194A specifically excludes Banks.
