I have complete BCOM MCOm and GDC&A and CA Intermidate now i have plan for propritory firm as a Tax consultant
what i will do? what is the procedure and where I will register,

26 March 2009 Just open a office and start practising, Intially no procedure........
My suggestion: If you have completed Ca-Inter, also appear in programm of ICAI Acounting technician.

26 March 2009 There is an Procedure to become an Income Tax practitioner, just you fill the form No 39[see Rule 54] of income Tax Act,[for this you must attend a minimum of Three Scrutiny Cases] and submit it with your Degree pass certificate, and Marks sheet before the Chief Commissioner of Income Income Tax. after it he will remind you in your Local Assessing officer for Verification of your original Degree Certificates, after verification of certificate you will be issuing a certificate as Authorised Income Tax Practitioners.
