My brother is having home loan from public sector bank. But I have been paying the EMIs for this loan from last one year. I do have all the proofs abt EMI payment between my account and the concerned home loan account.
I am not co-borrower or co-owner. My brother is NOT using the interest/principle repayment for his tax benefit.
Is there any way so that I can use tax benefit on the EMI .
