Is Tax Audit Report to be filed again if we receive notice under Section 148 along with ITR?

If notice is properly served and you are satisfied with the reasons to believe mentioned in notice then you can respond by submitting filed tax audit report copies to AO.

In Notice received there is no reason mentioned. Just mentioned is that they have reason that some income has escaped. But they haven't mentioned any reason.
