Could anyone please clarify the due date for filing the tax audit report in case transfer pricing provisions apply to the company. Should it be September or October?

20 September 2025 The due date for filing the tax audit report (Form 3CA/3CB & 3CD) in cases where transfer pricing provisions apply (i.e., where a report under Section 92E/Form 3CEB is required) is October 31, 2025, for Assessment Year 2025-26.
