Tax Audit of partnership which dissolved during the year and business taken over by partner as proprietorship firm....
Please help me how to proceed. Whether I need to prepare reports for two different periods.

Yes. You need to prepare report for Partnership till the date of dissolution and for proprietorship from the date of take over upto 31st march.
