06 July 2013 Dear Members,

1) please tell me the procedure to be followed wrt Tax Audit for the AY 2013-14 and also explain that whether the Audit report is to be signed by the CA digitally or otherwise.

2) in clause 14 of Form-3CD excel utilities provided on incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in, when I put data and click on Add button, a dialog box open with run time error and subsequently get closed. please help me.

1)The auditor will verify all the documents and records and will report in Form 3CD & others.It may be digital or non digital but tax audit is compulsory for online return filing with digital signature.

2) While opening the excel utility you will find option on the top of the sheet.Click on the option and select "Enable this content"
Now you can use the utility.
