I have filed form 3CB-3CD along with Scanned copy of Profit loss & Balance sheet of a Client on 29th september. But by mistake I could not upload the scanned copy of trading account. Now I would like to know that whether i can revise my audit report by uploading the trading account also along with pl and balance sheet. ie after 30th september. Also i have already filed income tax return.

21 October 2013 in my opinion revision of audit report and its acceptance also required to complete before 30th septeber

21 November 2013 Yes. Agree with Mr. ganesh.

In case the revision and acceptance are not completed before 30 September, then assessee has to file tax audit report in physical form with the AO and then file the same before 30 October 2013.
