25 June 2010 If Tax Audit is applicable to the company in the last year, than do we have to check its applicability for the current year also?? Or its automatically applies for the current year also??

25 June 2010 Tax audit is applicable only when the turnover exceeds the limit specified u/s.44AB.

Hence, it may applicable for one year and it may not applicable for next year if the turnover is below the limit.
