if assessse carry two seperate business then how the tax audit limit crieteria will be count?
Whether singly business or in combination of both business?

If he is a proprietor of more than one business then both turnovers should be combined for calculating whether tax audit is applicable or not. if applicable then you have to tax audit both the firms eventhouh individual turnovers are less than the limit.
