Once Tax audit applicable to Private limited company and then subsequent year tax audit is applicable even though turnover is below 40 lakh.

Tax audit is appliacable only for that particular year when the turn over exceeds 40 lakhs.

tax audit is applicable only in the year in which limit of turnover u/s 44AB crosses not in any other year.
