Tax Audit Report was obtained before 30/9/09, but ITR could not be filed because of TDS certificates, filing now, What are the consequences?

File now with interest payable if any.
Now-a-days; tax audit report is not attached with the Return as you know.
While filing the Return; only date of tax audit is required.
No adverse consequences so enjoy X-mas day.
