If the assessee having two retail business having turnover of Rs. 25 lac & 45 lac respectively whether he is liable to get his accounts audited, as seperate business or for both the businesses consolidated.

tax will be done as a whole i.e both the businesses will be audited and only one Tax audit report will be issued.
