tax audit of proprietor will be done first time for fy 13-14 ..so does he is liable to deduct tds on advertisement if payment exceed 75000 during fy 13-14

the ans is no as the criteria is to be checked for prev year whether tax audit was done or not.........

No, tds prov. will applicable in F. year 2014-15.
