what are the consequences if :
1. tax audit report is earlier then balancesheet date &
2. audit report is uploaded after the balance sheet date

Then it seems to the fake report because of with out preparation of balance sheet you didn't complete your audit. So date of balance sheet should be the before to the date of audit report.
