1) Can filed Income tax Return u/s 44AB after due date 30/09/2013 ?

2) It is mandatory to Make " ADD CA " Option within 30/09/2013 ?

Please help me .

16 August 2013 As per Notification 34/2013 dated 01.05.2013 it is mandatory to upload tax audit report electronically with in 30.09.2013.

So it is mandatory to add CA which will enables CA to upload taxaudit report

No it should be done before 30.09.2013 however if CBDT extends the duedate we can take benifit
