Dear All,
A person is running his own institute but facing loss due to excess expenses. can he set off that loss against his salary income and get rebate over the tds being deducted on his salary.
if yes, how could he claim the tds, which has been deducted from his salary.

even he has to bear consturctions expenses for maintaining building of institutue...
