What do you mean by body of individual ? and please give me the Eg. of same

Person under Section 2(31) includes an assocation of person or a body of individuals irrespctive of the fact whether incorporated or not
In case of Body of individuals that only individuals can form or constituents of a body of individuals.
Example:Co owners,co heirs getting income from inherited estate or other income yielding activities,

In cases of Association of persons constituents may or may not be individuals.
