means to get the refund other than 80g arrangements made in the market

You are not clear on the question. What do you means by means to get refund other than 80G. I think you are talking of persons having salary income and by showing 80G payment refund become due and you want some other tools to reduce the tax burden. I would like to let you know that there is no other tools without payment. You can pay PF, LIC and other modes available to get the refunds.
