if my employer has not considered deduction for 80 C and HRA allowance can i claim these deduction while filing the return. As my employer has deducted tax on my income if i consider the above deduction I am entitled for refund from IT pls advise

yes, you can claim these deduction while filing your return but these should be in your salary slip... and you are entitle for refund too.

Yes, You can claim HRA and Deduction u/s 80C. and you can claim refund irrespective of the fact that Your Form 16 says.......
