Dear sir,
We not taken TAN NO. from 1.4.2011 but we paid salary Rs.220000 p.a. Now we want to take TAN NO. Now we want to know that what is penalty for this?????

Please give me details about your capacity weater you are individual, co,or partnership firm etc. for determination liabilty of pan allotment.
