My friend have a Ramachandra Society and he run School named Rama Vidya Vikas under the society?
My question is
1.Under what name we have to apply TAN no. (School OR SOciety).WE already have PAN for the Society. and the society run only one School.

If the books are maintained in the name of the society then TAN is to be taken in its name,
