Sir,
I could not open back up (tbk files)in Tally.ERP9.
Please advice.

First of all u take a backup of another company with different path,then check both name of extention are correct or not? If not then u have rename ext.name in ur file as same as another co's backup ext.
If yes,then u have go to the ur city's tally authorised lience sold.
