14 September 2011 i am unable to change current date in tally 9 (message show date error) please help?

14 September 2011 Go to "Gate way of Tally" click on red coloured F2(uderscored) Period, choice your financial period, confirm that in F3 Create a comapany - Alter - name of the company- Enter - financial year from and Books beginning from these both question has one and same answer then Save the menu. Whenever you make data entry on the left corner there are show, display Current Period and Current date.
