when we enter sales and purchases entries with vat in tally what is difference between
enter as a Vocher & Enter as a Invoice
I mean how above both are affected in final accounts

29 June 2011 The difference is only in presentation. One is seem and entered in the journal entry format while the other is entered in an invoice format. It is easier to enter quantitative details in invoice format. Effect of both types are same in the final accounts.

30 June 2011 Kindly clarify one thing sir

if we enter stock details in invoice format, Ex: we buy raw material and process it and we sell finished good. so we can not enter consumption in entries then in closing stock total purchse stock is reflectd as it not consumed, but actually we consumed them in processing and there is now raw material same stock

how can this solved sir
