02 December 2010 I am using Tally ERP 9 Release 1.61, do i need to buy release 2.1 or is it free of cost where i can download directly from website.

And how about Tally.Net do i need to buy it or can i download free of cost.

04 December 2010 if you have licence version and having tally.net subscription then only you can update your version, rather than update you can copy stat.900 file from anyone & paste it in your tally folder.
