While checking, noticed difference of amounts in Purchase register and Purchase account in Tally.
Why that difference.?

one is inclusive of taxes eg VAT, and the other is exclusive of taxes

My doubt is that particular purchase account ( not all) is not shown in Purchase register..

There is difference in purchase as per purchase account and purchase register. Is there any other reason except vat difference..?

if you have passed any purchased entry by 'journal ledger' instead of 'purchase ledger' than the difference may appeare

pls check the purchase account and filter in voucher type
