Hi..Everybody and Good Afternoon from Sandip....!!!
We having one private limited comany and we want to sale that company means actually one party wants to take over that company so tell me the procedure of takeover and also documents required to be file for MCA etc.
What is the requirment for takeover to that party?because that party is not our shareholder.
Please take into consideration another party is going to takeover for us.
Plz tell detail procedure from ab intio.
