I am going to file the return of a tailor what are the major expenses i have to debit. What are the fixed assest i have to take in balance sheet

this is a bit strange query
any way , u have to show all expenses related to raw material , wages , salary, commission, advertising and other general exp e.g. rent, lighting etc.

So you mean to say that no books is maintained and you wan to put some expenses and file the return ? Its not correct.
try to find out from the assessee what are the money spent for Rent,Salary of staff, Purchase of cloth and thread,some books and periodicals for designing and other misc expenses.
Fixed asstes also u can verify at his work place. Mostly Sewing machine, other special machines, Building if has own, vehicles if purchased .
