Is negative figures are allowed in above mentioned table of GSTR 9C

Yes. In Table 5-O of GSTR 9C, negative figures are allowed. This table is meant for adjustments in turnover due to reasons not explicitly covered in Tables 5B to 5N. If the adjustments result in the turnover in the financial statements being higher than the supply reported under GST, the adjustment amount should be reflected as a negative value.
