one of my client recd t.d.s. certificate for the year ending 31.03.2007. Now the co has closed and the department is saying the t.d.s
certificate is not valid because the pan no was misstated. Is there any way to get corrected t.d.s. certificate.Most urgent.

Not possible to claim tds as your deductee filed tds return wrongly
