T.D.S on Professional Fees.

Our company is in arbitration. our company has to bare 50% of fees payable to Judge of the arbitration. Whether the company is liable to deduct the T.D.S on fees payable to judge for the arbitration ?

Yes, tax at source is deductible u/s 194J
